Check in terrible. We were ignored for about 15 minutes by the check in lady she was having a conversation with another guest we just stood there while she kept talking. We also got there at 3:30. She said she wasnโt done cleaning the room so we had to wait 10 more minutes. I said no we want to put our luggage up there. She frantically was looking for the key and said the other guests must have taken it. She finally found an extra one. Then she took us up and said she would finish making the other bed. I said ok. She said she would not be there the next day and we could just ask any questions to other guests who had been there for 3 days. Ummm what??!!!! There was no blanket on the twin bed and no towels or wash cloths. The saving grace was the nice man that made breakfast. I will never stay there again. The cleanliness was questionable too.
