"The hotel is very nice. However there is a outdoor nightclub right behind the hotel. The music and bass was like you were at a nightclub right in your room. We went there to get a good night sleep before our basketball tournament. We slept maybe 3 hours due to all the loud music. The bass was shaking the room until 2 am. We have been trying to reach the hotel but nobody answers"

"Stay was great until we tried to check out of the breakfast buffet which was was paid for on Expedia. The staff argued that we didn’t pay and we couldn’t see it separated on the Expedia receipt. We later found it in another page on Expedia after they charged us for the breakfast again. Now I have to spend time disputing the charge, which is inconvenient and annoying."

"Updates were exceptional!!! Our room was beautiful and smelled wonderful!! Staff at the registration desk was wonderful! Valet service was a bit gruff. Had to go and find them to get my car after I got a message saying it was ready. Overall a good stay. "

"The location of this hotel was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful.The beds were very comfortable. The room was clean enough but getting quite run down. There was paint peeling badly on the window frame and there were holes all over the light blocking curtains. The top of the ice bucket was rusted and they didn’t even have a cover for the tissue box. The room didn’t feel nice enough to be in a Wyndham hotel. For the price we should have at least gotten an ice bucket that wasn’t rusted! "

"The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. The restaurant has a great wine bar. The room was quaint and cute. Some picky items: the AC clicked on and off all night, the mattress could use an upgrade, there could be better pillows. Would still stay there again. Great location and we appreciate a quaint boutique hotel. "

"The beds were comfortable. The room was enormous and the location was excellent although very noisy at night because of traffic. Several things about the hotel are quite rundown. The curtains didn’t open or close properly because they caught on the tracks so my husband had to climb up and sort them night and morning for four days. The bath had considerable limescale staining and the shower temperature couldn’t be adjusted. The worst thing was how cold the room was. Apparently this was because the hotel heating was in summer mode so the room could only be cool and not heated. We were freezing in there most of the time and it took till our final (4th) night for the hotel staff to bring a heater to us. Coffee and tea facilities in the room were not replenished and when we asked they didn’t arrive or we had to wait a very long time. By the final night we were quite miserable so the hotel did say they would refund us for our final night. So far we haven’t received any of this money despite departing a week ago."
