โWe stopped here for a Spitfires game for our young fella and to be honest wasnโt expecting much - but we were incredibly pleasantly surprised!! This place is exceptional, easy to find, easy to access and staff instructions were friendly and easy to follow. This is a great stay! โ
โVery close to the cathedral.
Despite that it is an old building, it is tidy and well-maintained. The room(old-style) was clean and tidy. The food was okay.
It was quiet at night as the room was facing the cathedral.
The surrounding area is nice and has a variety of shops, restaurants and pubs.โ
โExcellent stay at the Maidenโs Chambers. Staff were super welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out were easy, and it was just a short walk into the city center. Definitely recommend. โ

โWe stayed on a Sunday evening so probably less busy than many days. Plenty of parking which was free if you registered at the hotel for 24 hours from arrival so we had time to visit the cathedral on the morning of our departure. Staff were welcoming and we were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a modernised suite. King sized bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was sufficient with a fair degree of choice but would have been great if coffee machine available for more choice than just filter...
โGreat location for me, within walking distance of all the major sites, plenty of dining options nearby, the building itself was a treat! Staff was helpful. I was having a minor laundry emergency (a previous booking didn't have laundry services as advertised) and they were kind enough to accommodate me quickly and efficiently. The only down sides were seasonal. Our stay coincided with high temperatures and our room was stuffy, which is completely understandable, but the windows were not screened....
