When I first arrived the staff member at the desk was on his phone. It took him some time to acknowledge that I was there. The cleaning staff and staff member at the desk in the morning were very pleasant. I think the room was adequate for my one night stay. Easy to find location.

The property over all was kept very clean. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with plenty of towels! The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast options were simple but plentyful. With hot and cold options. This will be my go to hotel whenever I travel to St. Charles, which is several times a year.

The bed was surprisingly comfortable and I felt safe and well-rested during my stay, which is always a plus. However, the bathroom walls were visibly dirty, which was a bit off-putting. The key card system also seemed to be outdated — we were only given one card that didn’t work consistently, even after waiting for it to be activated. That said, I understand things can go wrong, especially on a busy night like New Year’s Eve. I’d be willing to give them another chance in the future.
