"There were mice scurrying all over the restaurant floor while we were having a drink. The staff know all about it and no one seems to care. It’s extremely unsanitary and disgusting while you’re trying to eat a meal. Won’t be staying there again "

"Honestly lovely except one thing—neighbors next door on the Friday night were obnoxious and up until 3:30am partying in their room. Not really the hotel's fault, but did remind me that it's a possibility when you're a couple blocks away from Granville in a motel-style spot. Otherwise, had a great stay... and will still likely come back."

"Good service, food and location except close hospital which you hear sirens quite a bit but otherwise comfy and large rooms. A lot of things within walking distance."

"Hotel renovation construction with banging and drills starting at 8am right below me and beside me. They moved me to a higher floor but the same can be heard there as well. Also steam room was out of order and pool was not available to use. Rooms look great but I need peace and quit to enjoy a vacation. Definitely ask about the renovations when booking."
