Hotel clearly understaffed and staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. Very noisy hotel with a new hotel being built next door right opposite our room. Hotel internal renovations being done which I feel it would have been polite of the hotel to let us know. Did not appreciate the drilling from 6am-9pm. Poor food.

Everyone acknowledges the fact that our receptionists are extremely hardworking, friendly and well accommodating, but we apologize if you may have felt otherwise. About the noise from outside the hotel, we unfortunately can not do anything in that regard as it is beyond our control. Additionally, people tend to have different tastes when it comes to food and it is unfortunate that the services we provide did not appeal to you. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious with a beautiful view of the pool area from the balcony. Beds were comfortable and the wardrobe space was practical. There is an ironing room which you need a card from reception to access. The Kozy bar has a great selection of cocktails and drinks.With great entertainment at 2100 everynight including acrobats, dancers, a karaoke night and much more. Very family friendly. They have kids entertainment from 2000 before the main show. The food was great at breakfast. The lunch and dinner options were average. There are plenty of restaurants by the sealine - just a 6minute walk away. They have a wonderful steam room and sauna. Plus indoor pool and plenty of outdoor pools and sunbeds. The Pearl spa is execellent but the treatment there comes at an extra charge. Definetly worth it. 10/10 recommend the Pearl Spa. There are amenities closeby including ATMs, Wellbees grocery store, a pharmacy and plenty more. The bus station is a 4minute walk from the hotel. Travel pass is only 6euros or you can get a single ticket for 2.50 euros. Great travel links to Valetta,Silema, The Malta International Airport and other cities. This hotel stay was great.

Wer hier Ruhe sucht ,ist in diesem Hotel nicht gut aufgehoben.Sehr laut. Wir hatten im 7.Stock ein sehr großes Zimmer.Auf dieser Ebene wurden einige Zimmer renoviert....Den Baustaub hatten wir ùberall im Zimmer .

Seriously, if you are planning to stay at this hotel, check that the extensive building work they are undertaking on the 7th floor has been completed or you won't get any peace between 8.30 an and 6.00 pm. We were moved 10 miles to another hotel. Otherwise I think the hotel is very good.

We loved staying at this hotel. We have stayed at a different location before and decided to go the same route this time because we knew it would be an excellent experience. The staff is amazing, the amanities are fantastic, we don't have toworry about anything since everyhting is inclided, so definitely a wonderful time.

Just perfect. The friendly service, food, location, amenities, kids club, evening shows, coffee shop and drinks were all great. There’s really nothing this place was missing or lacking in!

Fantastic food (just the desserts offering needs to improve) and great facilities- room soundproofing a bit poor so clearly hear your neighbours but otherwise can’t be faulted and will definitely return when in Malta

Excellent all inclusive hotel
A really excellent all inclusive hotel. A variety of restaurants but book on the day you arrive to avoid disappointment. Adults only bar area on the roof was a real bonus.

Das Hotel ist zwar riesig ist eigentlich so unser Ding. Aber das Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel sehr sauber. Das Essen sehr vielfältig und reichlich. Sehr gut hat uns auch die verschiedenen Themen Restaurants im Hotel gefallen. Ich kann das Hotel wärmstens empfehlen. Kleiner Nachteil, das Hotel hat keinen Sandstrand in nächster nähe. Nur eine Steinküste.

The only negative comment I can make is that the 10th floor bar had run out of towels on our first day so even though we waited an hour, no more arrived.

Restaurant totally overcrowded during meals, food of medium quality but sufficient quantities, Pool overcrowded shortly after breakfast, Rooftop pool area nice and only for adults but water dirty with trash floating in water. Place is ok for families with children but not for people who are looking for some recreation.

Das Hotel ist ansprechend ausgestattet. Ein Familienzimmer mit zwei Räumen jedoch ein Muss wenn man mit Kindern (5, 9) reist. Wir hatten erst ein Standart Familienzimmer (Sardinenbüchse) gebucht und vor Ort nach der ersten Nacht ein Upgrade gemacht. Zwei große Pools, ein Planschbecken und ein Kinderpool mit Piratenschiff und Rutsche. Zusätzlich noch ein Adults Only Rooftop Pool, an dem Hauptsächlich junge Leute und Rentner zu finden waren. Das Spa und den Innenpool haben wir auf Grund der Hitze vor Ort (Ende August bis zu 38 Grad) ausgelassen. Ausser dem Hauptrestaurant gibt es noch 5 Themenrestaurants die man je nach Länge des Aufenthaltes 1-2 Mal besuchen konnte. Yushan (Sushi und asiatische Küche) und Tagine (indische Küche) waren unsere Favoriten! Die All In Getränke waren absolut ok. Von diversen Softdrinks, Slushies, Cocktails, Bier und Wein war alles dabei. Manchmal hatten die Softdrinks am Pool jefoch einen seltsamen Beigeschmack. Die Kinder nutzen den Kinderclub, Fußballplatz und die Pools ausgiebig. Die Kinderdisco war jeden Abend ein Muss trotz identischem Ablauf. Die Abendshows waren nett, wir saßen jedoch lieber in der Rooftopbar und genossen den Ausblick. Auch empfehlenswert ist ein Abstecher in die Nine Lives Bar am Meer unterhalb vom Hotel. Diese ist nicht inkludiert aber einen Besuch wert! Ich würde das Hotel weiterempfehlen, auch wenn es stellenweise schon etwas abgelebt ist und in den öffentlichen Bereichen etwas sauberer sein konnte.
