โSmall, quiet, close to restaurants and the Perkins Cove Pier. Love the covered open porch areas and balconies off the rooms. Great complimentary coffee every day. Onsite parking. โ
โStaff was exceptional. Facility has everything one needs for a comfy stay. Our room was quiet & clean and was in the Red building, which is separate but only a few steps away from the main section of resort. Itโs anquieter section of resort and has a nice & spacious back lawn with chaise lounges, tables, & a grill for guests to use.โ
โBeautiful B & B with wonderful hosts. Had an amazing a couple of nights with my husband that included personal services and a three course breakfast. Couldn't be more happier about our stay. The room was super clean and the sheets were very cozy. Hope to stay there again in the future.โ
โCute family run property. Room was spacious and super clean, bed very comfortable and bathroom sufficient for all your needs. Delicious freshly made hot breakfast as well as granola/yoghurt and baked goods. Close to the coast and restaurants. Lovely communal sitting rooms downstairs. Itโs an older building so a little bit noisy stairs/doors, but wasnโt disturbing. โ

โVery welcoming and cosy. The building itself was structurally unique. I really enjoyed breakfast in the dining room with outdoor seating as an option. What I didnโt like was leaving!โ

โThe 1802 House is a charming bed and breakfast in beautiful Kennebunkport. Juliana welcomed us and was a truly wonderful host. The inn is lovely and breakfast was top rate. Our only complaint is that our stay was so short! We would absolutely stay at The 1802 House again when in Kennebunkport amd would recommend a stay there to family and friends. โ
