Апартаменты полностью соответствуют описанию, расположены в 3-5 минутах ходьбы от метро Удельная, а также одноименной станции ж/д вокзала (10 мин. на электричке до Финляндского вокзала). В шаговой доступности магазины и кафе. Дополнительным плюсом был Удельный Парк, через который можно пройти до гипермаркетов Ашан и Карусель, а также медцентра им. Алмазова.
