"Nice location and awesome room "

"The door to the bathroom was beat up like someone tried to kick it down and it don’t close all the way which was very disappointing. The staff was friendly at check in. The air conditioning sucked, it did not stay on and the room was very warm as a result. The bathrooms off the lobby were a mess and didn’t set a great tone for the stay going forward. The location was great, the room itself was clean and the bed comfortable. But the bathroom door and the plates wall from the shower to the room were both less than desirable. "

"The Godfrey is beautiful. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooftop bar/lounge area was thoughtfully designed with an incredible view of the city. The beds do need to be replaced. Unfortunately we were able to hear the rhythmic noise of the bed next door. "

"Breakfast was bland, cups, plates, forks not clean. Housekeeping didn’t clean rooms property, wasn’t made aware roof top wasn’t open if that was the case I would have never booked. Staff poorly communicated late checkout guidelines. "

"Great spot in the shopping district. Good breakfast and nice to have the snacks and drinks for the happy hour time. "

"Our stay was excellent! While we didn’t take advantage of the breakfast or restaurants available to us in the hotel, we loved the clean and comfortable room, location of the hotel, the unique designs, and the friendly staff. Whenever we go back to Chicago, we will definitely stay here again!"
