"Rooms were okay. We did find pieces of hair in bed on the first day but staff was accommodating to come and redo the bed. We did try to switch rooms but were informed everything was booked at the time. We had no further issues after that. Other than that the staff were very friendly and the view was very nice of the city and location was extremely convenient. "

"Lobby is beautiful and the check in was smooth; however the room was not great. Dingy, dated, poorly set up- only outlet by the bed was connected to the large, blaring overhead light, so once turned off the outlet stopped functioning. Bathroom was dated and cramped with min counter space. Sheets did not fit bed and peeled off throughout the night. Just generally a very mediocre room for the price."

"I had a great time staying here. Its location made it easy to explore the downtown area on foot. Lots of cool restaurants near by. The room was spacious and staff were very friendly. The airport is far away and with the traffic, would suggest reserving extra time while traveling to the airport. All in all a great experience. Would recommend without reservations "

"I ordered and paid for my room on Expedia. I thought that was it as far as charges. When I get to the hotel, they tell me I had to pay another $26 a night for some b.s. charge. "
