"I could hear the guests about me having sex on the squeaky bed. I had a teenager with me and this was extremely awkward. I also had 2 large roaches in my room. The property is tropical and cute. The breakfast is excellent."

"Ants all over the house TV didn’t work staff not very helpful. The restaurant the Sunset Grill, which is separate entity was fantastic."

"Point pleasant has been our vacation destination for about 10 years now. We love everything about it. The staff especially, and those that work at Sun and Sea and Lion fish as well. Never had food there that I didn’t totally enjoy, the scenery is beautiful even the laundry room has a beautiful view! We’ll be back again at the end of July in D 40. Can’t wait! I plan to bring the larger piece of artwork that I drew for the lobby with me this time. Good day!!"
