Great laid back relaxing atmosphere. Only thing missing is a microwave in the rooms and a screen on the doors.

El check out era a las 4pm, me quede por los alrededores y fui a las 5pm y no estaba la habitacion, luego por el inconveniente me dan otra habitacion y tampoco estaba limpia. Los alrededores no se ven tan limpios. Es un hotel que aparenta ser viejo, le falta una renovacion. Solo el Bartender siempre tenia una sonrisa y era muy amable.

This hotel needs a lot of renovations to the rooms. We saw several ants in our bathroom and I think it’s because the doors don’t come all the way to the ground. There needs to be more dinning and food options as well. There was no music throughout the resort which I thought was weird. The transportation was great there was always a taxi to take you wherever you need to go. But a bit too noisey , we could hear everything outside of the rooms.

Limited dining options and the hours to the restaurant and cafe varied from what was posted online and on property placards. The beach was well maintained, however the rooms were outdated. Our fridge did not work and we spent a whole day without power due to a maintenance oversight. Staff was friendly at the restaurant, but front desk seemed inconvenienced to see guests come in or ask for anything. Several employees on the grounds and at the bar used the “r” word to describe the kitchen, when it was out of certain dishes or when they were frustrated. Although we did not personally mind, it should be noted the parking lot and walkways were treated as an open marijuana smoking area. Also, several guests who appeared to know the staff were allowed to bring pets and smoke in the eating areas and pool area. We visited before the busy season, hopefully these kinks are worked out before the summer crowds.

This place was amazing ! The staff was nice, food was good. But most of all , the location! This is the best beach on the island with coral reef right off shore! And a dining room and bar on the beach. I WILL RETURN :)

After reading the reviews i was hesitant about booking, but im glad I did ! The only complaint I had was about the tv having difficulties. Wouldnt go to any apps because I guess it needed to be reprogramed. That wasnt a problem because that was less of a distraction , maybe if it worked we wouldve stayed in more and watched tv lol. The beach was BEAUTIFUL ! Rooms was cleaned everyday without us having to ask. Staff was friendly, front desk clerk gave us walking directions to nearest store/market. I didnt stop at the resturant because the reviews complained about the service being slow. I did enjoy the bar thought! When it came to food, we ordered off the beach. Becareful about people on the beach though, its a PUBLIC beach so people do sell things. Especially when it comes to CHAIR RENTALS!! Dont rent chairs !! They are FREE! I would definitely return! It was a beautiful experience.

MOST HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by real Caribbean residents! I've lived in St. John for 35 yrs, working mostly in hospitality. My 23yo daughter is now the chef of our restaurant in Coral Bay, and is willing to take taxis and ferries back & forth from East end of St. J the WEST end of St. T for our "Staycations" in an AUTHENTIC island resirt with a truly caring staff.

Lots of ants in room, play pen, bed. Beds were hard and lumpy. Staff was very slow and understaffed in the bar/ restaurant. Expect to wait an hour plus for food and drinks. Won’t be staying here again. The view was absolutely breath taking.

It’s right on the beach 🏖️; ease of transport if you don’t have a rental car, taxi-bus awaits. The bar/ restaurant has really great food, hail to the chef, very local taste.

The property is old and it shows. There was some trash left on the beach, but it was eventually cleaned up. This resort is definitely on island time. Room was clean and scenery was post card quality. My dealings with the staff were all friendly. Would definitely go back

The service is awful, like most customer service in usvi. The beds are old and uncomfortable. TV barely works. No hot water in shower even after contacting the front desk. Beautiful beach and close to the airport.

I wanted to love this vacation so much but it just wasn’t for me and that’s of no fault to the resort. I’ve never been to an island before so I tried to do as much research as I could and while the beaches and scenery are the most beautiful thing I’ve ever seen, it came with downfalls. Water was obviously limited so you have to resort to buying bottled water during your stay which is easily accessible in vending machines, shops, restaurants. When we arrived, our room had little bugs all over in the bathroom, the beds/pillows were very uncomfortable and the sliding door in our room was broken- the front desk staff were absolutely amazing and upgraded our room at no charge to us and the new room was much better- nicer bed/pillows made the switch a much needed relief. The beach staff were very vocal and fought with each other as well as got into multiple verbal altercations with beach goers… LOTS of cussing and loud/foul music which made me thankful I wasn’t with my children there. When you pay to stay at a resort you expect a nice, relaxing vacation and while there were times it was calm, more often than not it was loud with a constant cloud of weed smoke in the air. When we called about the first room the front desk did mention they get a lot of complaints of weed smoking and loud music so they were aware of that situation. Staff are very friendly, resort is nice and the beach access was amazing as it didn’t seem there were many beach front resorts to choose from.

Great location. Beach was great. Wish they had a microwave. Place was clean, rooms were taken care of everyday. If u able to carry your suitcases up stairs make sure u ask for help. Wish they offered vegan menu for dinning in. Would stay again

The room was clean and the staff was great. The wifi never worked the whole time we were there but wasn't a huge deal. The beach area was very nice compared to other places on the island.

I loved the property and how close it was to the beach. I believe adding shuttle service to the airport and back would make me stay more often. I will say the music blaring at 6am the roosters and dogs were definitely not my favorite part.

The property is really cute, in front of a beautiful beach. The staff was friendly, specially Paul who serves breakfast. Easy to walk around, close to the airport. The only thing I would suggest is that they have an area of used materials piled at the end of the last building 4 , I suggest all those materials to move it to another area, not visible to the guests. Other than that, I had a lovely stay and would stay again and recommend it!
