"Do not stay at this hotel! Especially if you booked through a third party like a hotels.com. The staff here will blame everything on Hotels.com or whatever third party site you booked through. From Fraudulent charges, different check-in and out dates, bed types... This hotel is running a huge scam to charge third party customers more money! If I was Hotels.com I would take them off the list."

"Unsanitary and poorly maintained carpeting throughout the room. • A leaking toilet. • A dirty shower upon arrival. • Dirty and poorly maintained elevators. • Hotel conditions that did not accurately reflect the appearance and quality depicted in online photographs and marketing materials. • No swimming pool despite expectations created by available information. • Visible ceiling damage from a previous leak that appeared inadequately repaired and improperly painted. • No microwave in the guest room. • A refrigerator that did not cool properly. • A restaurant that closed at 7:00 p.m., limiting dining options for guests. • Limited parking availability. • A dark parking lot with inadequate lighting, creating safety concerns for guests returning to their vehicles at night. • A broken door stopper, preventing the room door from remaining open when transporting items to and from the room. • A broken metal security flap on the guest room door. • Restrictions preventing guests from taking complimentary breakfast items back to their rooms. • An air conditioning unit that failed to cool the room properly and produced excessive rattling noise throughout the night, resulting in poor sleep and uncomfortable room temperatures."

"I find it a cost-effective choice just to have a place to sleep when passing through that part of connecticut. The room is very neat and very clean. It is close to a highway entrance and fast food so its good for on-the-go traveling."

"This place is terrible No napkins, No Tissue in the room. Room is cold heat does not work and no hot water . Wanted to heat my food in the lobby microwave . Which makes no sense put microwaves in room and it was beyond filthy iam surprised it did not smell . I would not know anyway because sense COViD I don’t smell or taste things well. Then I went to ask to have it cleaned and the poor guy I spoke to could not find the house keeper to clean it . Gut was walking back and looking for what I guess was the housekeeper and could find him/her . Then the people that I believed worked there didn’t care to ask me if I needed help or even try to accommodate my needs . One even asked me something that I had nothing to do with. Terrible Terrible Terrible. I will no longer book a stay here I rather pay the extra money to stay somewhere elsewhere. Whoever owns this hotel needs to redo the whole place. They should just show up with warnings to see what Iam talking about . I come here to New York to see my mother suffering from Dementia and I would like to spend my time at a place that is comfortable after seeing my mother in her state. It sad to come back to this room and can’t even enjoy my food because it is cold because I don’t want use the beyond filthy microwave."
