โWe had the most beautiful of stay ,the property has a peaceful and tranquil vibe, greetings from all the staff team were warm and friendly its especially nice to see a young team happy to make our stay memorable.

โThis is how hotels should be. It was absolutely esquisite. The finishings on the building was amazing and consistent throughout and was echoed by the quality at every angle, from the welcome, to food, to service, you name it. Wonderful relaxed atmosphere and a lovely place to be.

โOur go-to hotel if we need somewhere to stay before a Heathrow flight. The staff are all very friendly, food is excellent (both dinner and breakfast), plentiful parking. We stayed in an executive room this time - we liked the extra space and would book this again. Last time we were there we were helping some friends who had suffered a tragedy that day, and I managed to knock over a large G&T. Even without knowing what we were dealing with, the lady behind the bar calmly cleared up the mess and...
โProperty was great, lots of food options available and can see the top of the castle from the bedroom.
Hotels.com didn't send on all of the check in info, so there was a delay in getting in, but the owner of the property was very quick to respond. โ
โsuch a nice place to stay for a family of 4. a little noisy at night sometimes with "drinkers" coming back. But just have some ear plugs. Great location. just know there is no lift if you on the upper levels.

โThe area was quiet and they provided an accessible kitchen. Room 5 was especially hot at all times of day, I had a hard time sleeping even with fans going and the windows open.โ
