โThe stay was excellent, only the challenge was the TV that was not clear with stars.
The staff is very friendly and always willing to help. The parking was secured and very safe too.
Parking at the bottom where I'm enjoyed park there, due to the pillars the security was thereto assist with the parking and can you imagine that both male and female was helping to park. We're used to male doing that but it was amazing to see a lady helping directing me to park and other members too.

โVery clean hotel, despite being dated, yet we'll maintained. The staff is very friendly and goes above and beyond. The general area is sketchy as most of downtown Pretoria, but one can't fault the hotel for that. โ
โThey couldn't find my booking and told me they were not trained on the system and asked me to cancel my booking while their policy is "non refundable". Had to go to their head office and issue the receipt and go back to the hotel. Terrible serviceโ
