Walls are thin and you hear the plumbing system in morning when others are using their bathrooms. Breakfast is a delight, overlooking the sea and choice is excellent. “Really comfortable B&B, the owners were really hospitable and the breakfasts were prob one of the best I have ever had. Dog friendly and super cute that they provided dog treats in the room. Only small thing is the jacuzzi was wood fired and they needed 6 hours notice if you wanted to use it and felt there was a bit of reluctance around asking to use it. ”

“Really enjoyed our two night stay. The room was really comfortable with thoughtful extra touches like complimentary bottled water, a big selection of hit drinks and bottled milk and oat milk in the fridge. Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was extremely good. A relative who lives in the town said it was their favourite place to go for breakfast and I can see why. I highly recommend a stay here .”

“A lovely estuary view balcony room enhanced by the late April sunshine. A beautifully fitted overlarge bathroom with feature bath and rain forest shower. Quality bramley accessories. Quite happy not to pay extra for the cooked breakfast as the continental version was comprehensive. The car park was tricky but the helpful steward organised our space satisfactory. The estuary view is superb and we would heartily recommend the hotel even for a few days despite the high cost.”

The breakfast was just perfect and service prompt and friendly. We're so glad we chose it and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a comfortable B&B that's in a wonderful location! ”
