Canal views
This hotel was in a great location with beautiful views of the canal. The room comfy and perfect for a couple. The staff was nice and accommodating. I would stay here again if the future brings back to Strasbourg.

Quelle mauvaise expérience !
Cette partie de l'hôtel est en réalité une annexe située à 60m de l'hôtel, de l'autre côté de la route, ce qui veut dire qu'il n'y a pas d'accueil, aucun service, et qu'il faut traverser la rue pour se rendre dans la salle de petit-déjeuner par exemple. Chambre située au 3eme étage, avec une odeur constante d'urine pendant tout le séjour. De plus, impossible de tenir debout sans que la tête ne touche la douche plafond pour toute personne de plus d'1m85. J'ai demandé à trois reprises de changer de chambre, après 2 refus, la seule proposition qui m'a été faite a été de déménager dans une chambre de l'hotel principal (le vrai...), mais en payant un supplément ! Nettoyage laissant à desirer avec une bouteille d'eau vide laissée dans les toilettes, des cheveux dans la douche... Attention les sachets d'amande en libre service dans la chambre sans aucune indication sont en réalité payants et facturés en fin de séjour. Petit-déjeuner cher (30€) pour un choix limité. Là encore, des suppléments sont facturés si on veut une simple omelette par exemple au lieu d'un œuf dur. En résumé, un très mauvais rapport qualité prix, je déconseille fortement cet hôtel, malgré la courtoisie du personnel, une décoration soignée et un emplacement central.

Wonderful hotel
We really loved this hotel. It's in the heart of Petite France. We've stayed in the Pavillion and one of the room on the 3rd floor. The room was nice and clean, bed was really comfy and the shower was just wonderful!

This hotel sells « pavillon » side dhich is seperate from the hotel without explaining its the old part of the hotel but most importantly Expedia sells queen beds and gives instead two twin beds united in one. Its horrible to sleep in the crack. The hotel « fixed » it but never apologized and at first said they could not do anything.. then the manager said he upgraded us toa. « Luxurious » room which was just a normal room in thr main hotel and we did this at 1 am after having a hard time sleeping. Horrible!

This hotel is amazing in an amazing location. We had a terrific deal rhrough hotel.com. go if you can, location amazing, Building amazing historic building in perfect location but absolutely perfect location. Any issue? Well it is atrick to get ice in any european hotel but they were up to the task. Loved this place.

Hôtel très bien avec des chambres spacieuse avec une literie très confortable. L’accès en voiture a l’hôtel n‘est pas simple. Juste dommage de demander encore 30€ pour un petit déjeuner et le SPA est aussi en supplément

We were located in what seemed to be a newly renovated building across from the main hotel. It was nice and secure and everything was in great condition. There's a bit of a funky smell coming from the water outside, but that's not the hotel's fault. Would definitely recommend, especially for the location in Petite-France.

A great hotel to stay

The Perfect Spot
My stay here was wonderful. The hotel was perfectly located on the canal as advertised. The room was comfortable, clean, conveniently located and extraordinarily quiet. So easy to walk all over from this location. I would stay here again and highly recommend it.
