“Anna and Andrew are lovely people and very friendly. My daughter and I had a lovely stay on Saturday night on our visit to Stratford. Lovely clean room. Very comfortable beds and private bathroom. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night.
