"We enjoyed our stay. Our room was lovely and they accommodated our request for room location and extra pillows. The staff throughout were really nice and accommodating, especially when we had checked out and I had to go back to the room when I realized I had left something behind. The cookies at check in are a nice touch as is the option to do mobile check in. Although that needs be more visible. We had added on breakfast to our stay which we wouldn’t do again. It was below what we thought the standards of this hotel should be. Our first breakfast - items where cold and the quality just wasn’t there. We’ve had better breakfast included at lower end hotels. Our second breakfast was slightly better but not much. Do the price, I expect way better and more options. "

"Room had everything you need and more. No need to bring conditioner or body lotion. All Dove. Quiet, surprisingly in the city, busy location though. Big line up at check in but plenty of staff. Parking entrance is behind the building, look for hotel parking only signs, there are other public parking garages. I went into the wrong one first. Breakfast is decent continental. Room was very nice. "

"Awesome location, very nice staff despite the rough check in. Loved the easy secure parking!! But the elevator situation is rough. I was on the 6th floor and it felt like i waited 5-8min every time unless i got really lucky"

"Every thing was clean , i misspelled my last name by one letter due to my phone replacing the letters on my reservation and was very anxious I would be stranded with no room. Instead the front desk were very helpful and empathetic I still got my room. They weee helpful and room service was great room was fantastic. The only thing I wish was different is I think the remote was missing from my room. We didn’t notice till very late at night when we finished our day. So it was kind of inconvenient and my boyfriend found a condom wrapper by the bed when we checked in and it caused a small argument. Other than that everything was great"

"The room was clean, and smelled good. The staff was excellent. The restaurant was expensive and the food was not good. The chicken wings were mucky and under cooked and the pizza was just ok. $34.00 for a pound of wings and a 9” pizza. "
