“No negative comments at all. All the staff were fantastic and had obviously been well trained.”

“We stayed in one of the offsite casa style rooms which was perfect for our family (we were parents travelling with two teenagers). Room was clean and had all we needed for our two night stay. We appreciated the afternoon scones and tea in the main hotel. We were surprised that our rooms didn’t have any housekeeping between our first and second nights so I’m not sure if that was part of the casa room service or not but our request for addition towels was taken care of quickly!”

“Hotel did not do breakast - thought I had booked bed and breakfast. Turned on the evening to be told they don't do evening meals, member of staff pointed to a microwave and toaster and referenced a shop that was closed to buy stuff. Next evening, a saturday, they were serving evening meals was told they did server evening meals. Whether they only seve meals at the weekend or short staffed I don't know.”

“Staff are friendly and helpful. The food is very good. Excellent breakfast. The bathroom in my room is outdated and not suitable for seniors with mobility issues. From the exterior the property looks quite run down - a good scraping and painting of the window frames would brighten up the exterior. In spite of these comments, I like staying at the Nethy Bridge Hotel. This was my third time.”

“This was an indulgent experience from the deep bath tub and aromatic bath salts to the delicious and generous breakfast. I highly recommend this accomodation that is also well located to access many distilleries and restaurants.”
