"Great value hotel with good service and excellent breakfast. Easy access to the tram and we enjoyed the local neighbourhood away from ‘tourist central’ yet only 15 mins to city centre via tram and also close to the Salthomen ferry terminal for visiting the Archipelago. Everyone was friendly and helpful."

"The hotel is beautiful, and a lot of fun for families. We loved our room, everything was spotless and there's been a lot of thought given to the details. The kids loved the lobby slide and the carousel. Breakfast was amazing with so much choice. My son was sadly very poorly during our stay and the staff were exceptionally kind. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning up, with smiles and kind words. Thanks also to the night guard and cleaner who helped me get medical advice in the middle of the night, reception who arranged a late check out for us, and the restaurant who let me take some food for him out of hours. Everyone looked after us so well! Thank you so much, we hope to come again. "
