"This was our first time in Japan! We loved everything about this hotel! The location was wonderful and in a quieter part of the city. Wonderful amenities! Family mart and restaurants on the property. Shuttle to and from the airport. Government building across the street. They had an awesome Pokémon light show! Shinjuku Central Park also across the street. Perfect hotel for families. Thank you for a lovely stay! We can’t wait to come back! "

The staff were incredibly helpful, and communication was seamless since everyone spoke excellent English. The amenities were clean and well-maintained, and housekeeping came daily, which I really appreciated."

It wasn’t dirty, but definitely the room needed a sweeping and checking linens for left over hairs from previous guests. They seemed clean, just needs maybe a lint roll. It worked for one night. "
