Our room was, unfortunately, adjacent to guests unreasonable about the low level noise always apparent when residing in a dwelling with shared walls. My partner and i were not unreasonably or atypically loud. We work nights and, thus, were up late. Instead of gaging the situation to determine the validity of the complaint, or - dare i say- consider our right to be awake and active during late hours, we were harrassed to the point of leaving for most of the last half of our stay. Lastly, we booked the room another night despite the issues as this was the lesser of two option (staying or moving all our things). However we were told "the manager may not allow you to stay...i will ask abd call you back." We were left hanging without a follow up for over an hour - told we had to leave right at noon/checkout. Finally, when leaving through the lobby, the desk clerk, Kayla, resonded to my acknowledging smile and, "thank you" with an accusatory, rude, and disrespectful stare of silence. In short, even if we were too loud and otherwise disturbing our neighbors, the situation was handled without even the slightest modicum of professionalism, grace, or appreciation for our choosing your property - which is one of the priciest in the vicinity. I expected more from this hotel.
