Easy to find motel, plenty of car Places on arrival, staff were friendly and check in took about three mins after doing a COVID checklist and signing in. Room was neat and tidy, had a little veranda our the back which was next to the pool. Main road was behind that but traffic noise wasn’t too bad at night. Had good privacy around the pool and rooms. Nice enough size tv in the room. Bathroom was good and clean. Check out was easy and quick! Price was cheaper then other places around the area and I would stay again. There is also food places across the street and a 24hr service station on the opposite corner which is handy as well. One of the shops is a 24hr Quickly mart style place, one is dominoes one is a kebab place, looked like a curry place and a noodle place, maybe more didn’t look further. Bowls club down the road with cold drinks, and the other way plenty of nice places to eat and drink, easy walk to them.

The room was so clean. Quiet, just a walk away from everything. It was great. One thing i didnt like was that when were getting stuff into room when we signed in was we had to squeeze past with bags past the cleanning cart and again when we were leaving. Makes it hard when the walkways are narrow and your carrying your belongings.

Location to the beach and promenade is excellent. Loved the charm of the old motel built in brick. A little noisy as we were street side.

Very nice motel with friendly and welcoming staff. I really enjoyed staying there. The location is very convenient, just a 3 min stroll to the beautiful beach, dining, SeaLife park etc.. Excellent value for money, and the room I was given was very spacious and clean!

The staff were lovely, but the way the motel is designed the noise travels everywhere. It's a quiet area, which means any guests who decide to be extra loud outside their rooms, can be heard from everywhere, except the managers room which is unfortunate. People have to walk past your room to get to their's as well and due to the bathroom being at the front of the room, there is a window right next to the front door. The motel is walking distance to the bars and restaurants in moolooaba, which means you can hear every bit of noise when people come back late at night to their rooms. The rooms also look over the pool, which means anyone wanting to stay up late at night outside their rooms on their patio, the noise travels up and around to all the other rooms. I was there for 6 nights and there was only 1 night when I wasn't woken up late at night (12am/1am) by inconsiderate guests at the motel. I personally would try and stay somewhere quieter next time, that doesn't have such paper thin walls.

I liked the clean and large airy room with the balcony. I loved that everything I needed was literally across the road and as I was unusually travelling by myself I felt extremely safe there. Thanks for a great stay. I will be back

Reasonable

This motel is in good, clean condition for what it is. Nice white sheets and towels. Service was friendly and courteous. Like most motels it is quite old (80's) and basic of course with minimal modernisation. It is quite close to beach and restaurants on the Esplanade. It did the job for one night. Guests there were vocal... Lots of F bombs in the afternoon by the drinkers by the pool and late at night people moving around and speaking/calling out loudly as they were preparing to go out or coming home.
