시내에서 가까워 걸어서 이동 가능

시내에서 가깝고 주변이 조용합니다. 주차 공간이 있습니다. 직원이 친절하고, 조식이 만족스럽게 나옵니다. 엘리베이터가 없는 건물이라 짐이 크면 계단으로 옮기기 불편한 것을 고려해야 합니다. 트윈 침대를 요청했는데 더블에서 묵었습니다. 예약 사이트의 전달 문제인지 시스템 에러인지 알 수 없습니다.

Payment for Breakfast

It was General European room. The door seems weak and the room atmosphere is not too much freshed. Postively, it looks tiny individual room. But the toliet is not good to shower, too small and old devices. The best thing is English Breakfast and kind service to provide.

Hotel closed on arrival with no pre notification g

Arrived 7pm on Saturday evening to find the hotel closed. Sign on door said' hotel closed, Sorry for any inconvenience'. There was no contact details posted. Swansea hotels were busy due to an International rugby match and football game the following day Panicked as all hotels were fully booked except the Dragon Hotel which had one room (due to cancellation) at 3 times the price I pain £340 for 2 nights and Expedia had already taken from my account the £101.85 I would have paid for the Windsor Lodge Hotel Reported incident to Expedia on return and matter taken up by the Concern Team

Nice central hotel

Arrived late but rang ahead. Rang again when we arrived and waited a few minutes for some-one to let us in. Problem with car park but helped to park on street. The room was clean but disappointing. The breakfast was great and the service excellent. Overall good value for money.

Could be excellent but needs renovating

Pros: staff were lovely and efficient, dining room decor very pleasant and the tasty breakfasts were served quickly. Cons: it has the makings of a great hotel - close to town, off road parking, good staff, a lovely old building - but is crying out for almost complete renovation inside & out.

For the price OK

I guess for the price I paid and considering the fact that it is Britain I cannot complain. Parking was a bit tricky and so so comfortable. But the city centre is easily reachable by foot.

Room shabby window pane glass missing...secondary double glazing covered draughts to a degree.Tiles missing in bathroom, no blinds at bathroom window, shower curtain dirty...taps to bath not working...had to fill bath with shower attachment.Carpet thread bare,linen clean and comfortable bed.Noisy neighbours.

Disgusting

The Winsor Lodge Is awful. cracked and falling interior plaster. Doors that do not fit. Shower that could only scald, cold water adjustment did not work. stay their at your own risk

Cheap and cheerful

Cheap and cheerful hotel. Rooms are clean and have everything you need. Place in need of a refurb. Breakfast very good. All in all worth the price paid.

Great location for city centre

Great location and great breakfast, lovely staff but this hotel is tired and very much in need of a facelift. Paper hanging off the walls, scuff marks along every wall up the stairs, dimly lit room, no flannels, had to ask for a hairdryer, carpets need replacing - just needs an update and it would be great.

Clean and pleasant

Clean and tidy room. The bed was comfy and the room was nice and quiet. Bathroom was small but perfectly functional. Lovely shower and nice towels. Considering I paid under £30 for one nights b&b it was a bargain.

Bog standard. Good location.

Hotel close to city centre. Tesco express just round corner. So that was handy. Took about 9 minutes to walk into centre. Very old hotel. Get what you paid for. Me and my husband stayed there last minute. Cost £90. But you had a breakfast included in that price also free secure parking. So if you want somewhere cheap but are not fussy then this place is for you. Don't have high expectations . But it's medium standard. Staff were nice though.

Weekend in Swansea

Lovely room with everything I could possibly need. Plenty of space to relax (armchair provided) between activities and enjoy tea and biscuits (also provided). The room was clean and tastefully decorated and although not luxurious was more comfortable than many budget price hotels. The staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful - the lady on reception when I arrived even carried my heavy bag upstairs for me. There was plenty of choice at breakfast and the hot food was excellent, served quickly and in good quantities - in fact so filling I didn't need lunch! Really enjoyed my stay and will definitely book again when I next visit lovely Swansea.

The room was clean and warm, but the floor creaked and there was a lot of noise from outside. Worst though was the bathroom: the loo did not flush properly and the taps were extremely stiff - the plumbing seriously needs looking at.

We were only there a night so it served a purpose but staff were very friendly and the breakfast was great. I must apologise for an earlier comment about toiletries. In fact there were plenty but my daughter hadn't seen them !!!

Shabby terrible hotel.

Awful room hot, furniture broken, shower room tiny and shower terrible. Carpets held together with tape. Breakfast reheated I gave mine to the dog.

Falsches Zimmer? Oder hatten wir nur Pech?

Wir waren drei Nächte in diesem Hotel und würden es nicht weiterempfehlen. Wir haben uns nicht wirklich wohlgefühlt. Es ist sehr abgewohnt und alt (siehe Fotos, allerdings sind das auch die schlimmsten Bilder als Beispiele, die wir gemacht haben. Leider können wir hier nur 6 Bilder einstellen). Das Frühstück war ok, typisch englisch halt und jeden Morgen das selbe.

Another unworthy 'ye olde' hotel

Visited a friend in Swansea. Picked here cuz it's really close to the station (only 650m away). Booked a single room for 67.90 GBP w/o breakfast for one night. Checked in late, received a letter containing keys and do-it-yourself instructions. Upon arrival of the room, I noticed some cracks in the ceiling, and a panel almost fell down. However the bed and linen were adequately clean for a good night's sleep, and the hot bath was lovely for someone had a long journey, complimentary coffee and tea were also plenty. Heard some water dripping from the ceiling in the early morning, which turned out to be raining outside and falling through the cracks in the ceiling - really annoying. My friend invited me to brunch so didn't have breakfast. Staff was very polite at checkout though. To conclude, not worth the price. This place really needs some major refurbishment, and could be your choice for only one night, but if you are in town for some more time or not on budget, treat yourself with some place better.
