Lovely staff, delicious food downstairs. Rooms are tidy and the bathroom is kept clean. We stopped here to break up a trip and it was perfect. Had food, drinks and accommodation in the same spot. Check in was easy

Great pub, good layout, live music, good rooms comfortable bed - shared bathrooms are in comfortable and modern - though in the mens - no mirrors and toilet roll holders missing - some minor repairs required

No disability access to the rooms wasn't appreciated. A cockroach was found in one of the beds. A living one. The staff (while I and my friend were there) are friendly.

As a budget accommodation it’s fine. The smell of smoke from the pub below and the rotten food and cockroach poo in the fridge encouraged me to get out and about.

The room was not as displayed in wotif. Perth rooms displayed. People smoking in other rooms. Toilet paper not in shared toilet in the morning. Beds uncomfortable. Cigarette butts on staircase and entry hall. Butts on window ledge. Disappointed. Staff friendly.

Location is great. Parking has some issues due to hotel parking upgrades but good options elsewhere. Bristro is brilliant..food is great...serve size is huge. Price would be double in honetown. Downside..toilet and showers not cleaned in 3 days...faeces on toilet on day 1 still there day 3. No remote for tv so had to chase that up. Lots of stuff under bed when looking for remote. When booked it said daily clean...no daily clean..had to ask for new towels each day. Staff and bistro good...cleaning needs a lot of work. I got covered in paint on checkout. Walls had been painted and no signs.

From our first point of contact with Reception and entry to the hotel we were concerned at cleanliness and quality Of accommodation. Stairwell to carry suitcase. Drab and sterile rooms. Dirty dishwasher. Minimal cutlery. 24hour NON STOP loud music from Gaming Room directly under The Apartment. Regardless of our multiple polite requests to have music stopped at midnight we were ignored. ADVICE - do not stay at Guildford Hotel
