Manager was friendly on arrival and the room was clean neat and tidy but floors were polished concrete and room was tiny with no coffee or tea making facilities. Room was very noisy from trains running all night and other guests coming in during the night so unable to get any sleep.

my partner and I will use hotel hacienda from time to time as it’s the most convenient location to be for our visits to Sydney - it’s clean, the beds are soft and comfy, it’s convenient as hell with a short walk to Redfern station and it’s incredibly budget friendly. The prices on weekends are a bit of a rort but you literally will not find a place cheaper in Sydney over a weekend that is this close to everything. Staff are lovely and usually let us check in early if it’s a weekday or a Friday - we’ll be back many many many more times as the years rolls by.

The staff were nice and helpful. Its has convenient location, close to both airport and central station. But the matres was uncomfortable and our room was next to storeroom including the towels and the cleaning staff made too much noise in the early morning. We could hear all the noises from corridor and the trains as well.

All good, lovely obliging staff. First time we have struck accommodation that doesn't provide a kettle or tea and coffee and milk. We just had to ask the friendly staff for them, including cups, but is this the way motels are heading? Nice place though.

When booking the hotel, it was clearly stated that there was available parking (nothing about having to reserve or pay extra) which is what other hotels normally state. We had to park a 20 minute walk away from the hotel due to limited space. Place was also dirty and needs a good scrub. Very very small for the amount of money too.
