Located steps away from Central station for trains and light rail. It is in Chinatown so lots of Asian food in the area. Nice hotel, I will stay there again next time I am in Sydney.

Staff was very helpful and accommodating, the hotel is in an excellent location close to public transport and within walking distance to areas of interest such as Darling Harbour and a couple of train stops away from Curcular Quay etc. The room was clean with very comfortable beds. We even got a complimentary cheese platter and a bottle of wine. Overall a very good experience

Hotel is good overall. But really requires a major refurbishing. Room carpet looks and feels dirty. Bathroom needs reno. Breakfast is great but most are greasy so needs some healthier leaner options. The best part is the staff and service. Before when I stayed here, the low price made it good value. But it’s now more expensive and there may be other options if better value.

Above and Beyond!

My stay was incredible! I had one super small question regarding my reservation detail and they helped me so quickly. Not only that, but when I got back to my room at the end of the day there was a fresh cheese and fruit plate and a hand written note- completely above and beyond and truly appreciated!
