I stayed at Novotel Parramatta on my own and was initially a bit concerned after reading some negative reviews. To ease my worries, I called the hotel in advance, and the receptionist I spoke with was incredibly kind and reassuring. She mentioned they would ensure I had a pleasant experience, which set a great first impression. When I arrived, I was able to check in early without any issues as they had availability. The room was very clean, and I felt safe throughout my stay. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would highly recommend staying here.

The hotel is outdated. The lighting is terrible in both the room and hallways. The bathroom had mould on the roof and floor and the toilet periodically made noises throughout the night. The staff were nice and greeted us well. The breakfast buffet was your standard buffet, nothing exceptional, it was $30 pp and $19 for our 2 year old. If you are looking for clean and new hotel i'd look elsewhere there are better option's in Parramatta.
