Process was easy, venue clean and comfortable. Staff all very helpful and friendly , nothing too much trouble.. water pressure was not good in the kitchenette and water not hot. Also for future reference, bathroom deign awful, no space water goes everywhere from shower, a( drainage not Good) Sliding doors would be more suitable. Very spacious room, food from restuarant downstairs a little pricey but good and generous serves. Staff were wonderful and were able to give us a late checkout as my father in law was feeling ill, which worked perfectly for us to give him some extra rest before we had to go, thank you!

Staff were very welcoming, kind and helpful. There was a strong smell when entering the room at beginning of stay, it was a nice smell, but it was too strong for my asthma. I smelled like the lotion. Room service was good and easy to order, food was really good. Was able to relax and enjoy my stay!

The greeting from the lady at check in was lovely & she explained everything clearly. The room was a connecting room & we could hear a lot of talking from next door, soundproofing was not great. The bed in our room was not very comfortable, it was a king bed but one side had a dip in it, could use a new mattress. The kitchen had a 2 burner cooktop, bar fridge & enough utensils for cooking. The bathroom was a bit tired but ok for us as it was just an overnight stay.
