good location , that's all
about 20~30% cheaper than other hotels. good location in the downtown. but wall view, dryer not working, phone call to reception is not working , dirty cups and dirty coffee pot. nothing in the room (even slipper), you ask all the amenities at the lobby. they claim to do for the environment.

위치와 직원은 최고! 청결은...;;
위치가 정말 대박이에요. 어딜 가든 항상 호텔 근방을 지나게 되더라구요. 직원도 정말 친절해서 좋았어요. 혼자 지내기에 딱 좋은 사이즈인것 같아요. 정말 캐리어를 피고 나니 자리가 없더라구요. 그리고 이튿날 청소를 해주셨는데 수건이랑 변기 쓰레기통만 치우셨더라구요. 머리카락이 그렇게 많이 남아 있을 줄은 상상도 못했네요.

3일 묵었는데 워낙 좁다는 리뷰가 많아 걱정했지만 24인치 캐리어 두 개 정도는 펴놓고 지낼 수 있어요! 생각보다 안락하고 깨끗한 편이라 좋았습니다. 다만, 복도 소리가 조금 들리고, 테이블이 없어 음식을 사와서 먹기엔 불편합니다. 그럼에도 불구하고 지내기 좋았던 것은 퀸 빅토리아 빌딩 바로 맞은 편에 있어서 유명 관광지나 마트 등에 갈 때 최대 20분 도보로 다닐 수 있어 좋구요 :) 냉장고에 있는 음료도 무료로 마셔도 된다고 하여 신기했어요~ 길게 묵으시는 게 아니라면 추천합니다

가성비가 훌륭한 호텔
일단 위치가 너무 좋습니다. 주변에 쇼핑몰도 가깝고 여러 식당들도 많고 각종 교통의 중심이라 모든 것이 편리하였습니다. 매일 객실관리도 해 주어서 편리하였습니다. 아쉬운 점이 있다면 다소 객실내가 조금 좁습니다. 그리고 피트니스시설도 없다는 것이 아쉬운 정도입니다.

타운홀 바로앞이라 위치는 정말 좋아요 버스가 다니는 도로변이라 낮에는 좀 시끄럽지만 밤에 잘때는 전혀 상관 없습니다 버스도로 앞이라 여행가방 드랍이 불편하였고 어메니티가 포함되어 있다했지만 로비에 말을해야 주는 시스템 이였습니다

観光したい人にはおすすめ。 ◎タウンホールまで2分くらいで交通の便が非常に良い、どこに行くにも便利 ◎スタッフがフレンドリーで親切 ◯タウンホールに大型スーパー ◯周辺に飲食店も多い ◯ラウンジでネスプレッソや電子レンジが使える ◯部屋も清潔で狭すぎず、コスパがとても良い ×隣のビルがルーフトップバーになっており、金曜日から日曜日まではうるさい（私はどこでも寝れるので問題なし） 到着日にシャトルバスに財布類を丸ごと置いてきてしまい、（大失態…）困っていたらフロントの方が代わりにバスの会社に何度も電話してくれて無事手元に戻ってきました。 大変助かりました、ありがとう。

ホテルからアップグレイドできるとのことで、近くの系列のホテルに宿泊、部屋は広く快適でした。どこに行くにも便利な場所で、デイナークルーズにも参加したのですが、乗り場も近く、助かりました。1Fのカフェは結構混んでました。私はサラダを食べましたが、野菜のボリュームもあり、美味しかったです。

We got a small room with a big bed, large TV, private bathroom and spacious private balcony. The front desk service is excellent, as each employee is very kind, helpful, and give you complimentary chocolates upon arrival. There was a working elevator up to our floor, and with the windows closed, it was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of the city except for the occasional ambulance and frequent church bells. We only had one neighboring room slam their doors and talk in the hallway once during our three night stay. We were very happy with our stay here, which was the best deal we found in Sydney and very close to public transportation!

It's convenient to most attractions. Staff where very helpful for our needs and question. The only thing we didn't like is the wheelchair accessible bathroom. Water was all over the floor when you shower. Fire alarm sensor was right outside our shower room. You need to pay close attention to the door. Not to set it off. Or we pay $1600. Not enough counter space. And for 4 nights we stayed the carpet and bathroom floors were not clean.

Staff were very welcoming and the room was just right for me - a great stay right in the middle of Sydney CBD. It was great having a small room so I don't feel as though I'm paying for space I don't need as a single traveller!

Not sure why this hotel received the ratings it did. While the location is great, it ends there. We've had cruise ship rooms bigger than the one here. Literally no space to lay an open suitcase, much less two. Weird common area with stacks of water jugs. Hotel staff was nice enough but completely unhelpful--is it too much to expect them to know the cross street of their own hotel? And an uneven floor in the room split my wife's toe.

Ich habe auf eine Wand in wenig Distanz geschaut - hätte gern einen Ausblick auf die Umgebung in der Innenstadt gehabt! Sehr enttäuschend. Ein Wechsel des Zimmers war angestrebt, aber der vereinbarte Termin mit dem Manager wurde zweimal nicht eingehalten!! Sehr enttäuschend!
