“란자로테에서 가장 높은건물로 뷰는 환상적 청소상태 완전 꽝 15 시 이후 들어와도 청소 않되어있었고 담날도 얘기했는데 청소 않되어 있었음 고층이다 보니 엘리 베이터가 불편했고 주위에 상권이 그닥좋지 않음 고층에서 내려보는 뷰최고 방 넓은거 빼고는 5 성급 호텔 치고는 그저 그랬음 담에는 playa쪽으로 갈야 할듯”

“Très mauvaise expérience dans cet hôtel. À notre arrivée, la chambre n’était pas propre. Nous avons demandé un nouveau passage de la femme de ménage, mais malgré cela, le nettoyage restait insuffisant : toilettes sales, sol mal nettoyé, etc. Ne parlons pas des cafards qui font leur vie… Le ménage n’est effectué qu’un jour sur deux, ce qui est étonnant pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. “Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Each night was a good night's sleep. We were in a room with the sea view although the garden view would also be very pleasant. “Little noisy otherwise well centre ”

“A nice apartment in a good location, but it lets itself down with the lack of available sunbeds - mainly because of the usual selfish 'hoggers' that leave a towel on them even when they're not using them. There seems to be no attempt by the management to stop this. A photo (9.30am) is attached of 14 sunbeds 'reserved' but with nobody on them, or in the pool. ”

Chambre bien équipée, deux cuisines communes : une au rez-de-chaussée et une à côté de la terrasse ensoleillée et vue mer, toilettes et salle de bain commune toujours très propre et tout cela a deux pas des plages / port et entourée de commerces restaurants MAIS dans une rue très calme où on peut se garer : je recommande !”
