It was pretty clean. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Hotel is kids-friendly. The only downside is that it was hard to find it . The building has other hotels and stores in it which made it harder for us to find it even after we got out of the car.

The hotel is in an amazing location, which was what I had focused on initially, but I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel itself! The decor is super cute, especially the check-in/lobby area, the staff are all very friendly, and our room was modern and clean. We liked it so much that we’ve already decided we definitely want to stay here again the next time we visit Taipei.

Room was clean, but bathroom smelled like urine. Toto toilet was a nice touch though. Play area was fantastic for the kids to run around without worry and the happy hour snacks were tasty!
