"Location was good, straight of the bat when i arrived que out the door for elevators as they have 4 elevators.. 1 is service one. 2 working and 1 was just not working.. all elevators need to be working for a 50 storey building. 2) pool area is nice but only 1 sun lounge needs 3) room where clean and cosy 4) front desk staff was average due to being non filipino. "

"The facility was not like it was portrayed on the internet. I am not tall, only 5' 7" and I couldn't sit on the toilet without my knees hitting the wall and still not sitting on the floor. There was no A/C in the main Living room, dining room kitchen combination! "

"The bathroom smelt awful. Probably from the mold that caked the hose on the shower head top to bottom. The toilet wasn’t even bolted down. The rest of the condo smelt like fried fish. The owner left us one regular towel and 2 small thin rags to last the 3 of us 3 days. There was a price list for if you used a blanket for example. It was far smaller and not nearly as nice as it was represented on Expedia. I did not enjoy my stay."

"We enjoyed there. And they were helpful.A little surprised we were scolded for inviting in laws to eat in our room when it's an apartment?? We stayed at 36th floor so you shall not be a scared person "

"when im trying to check in they dont let me check in because they cant find my reservation . I wait for 30 minutes they dont find anything why they cant find my reservation after i show them the reservation number and the receipt.I was so dissapointed because i just got to the philippines my flight was late im ready to go bed.So next day i came back to the same building i show them my resevation again then they found my reservation lol is that a joke ? the staff not communicating with guess...

"We had a hard time getting in to the property. Keypad not working . Took us about an hour to finally get someone to help us . They had to find another property coz the keypad still not working. Ended up with a new place with no WiFi access the whole stay. There was no garbage can in the unit as well . Overall not recommendable. "

"Shower was not working. The bed caved in and bar soaps from past tenants were left in the bathroom. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. Need I say more…"

Door & walls were in shoddy state, aircon was dirty & barely worked, location is not good & Christian religious pictures & bible verses everywhere, including even in the bathroom. bible on the table & Christian channel on the TV. Not disclosed in the pics or the information or I wouldn't have stayed here. "Because of travel delays getting to the property, bad information on the location of the property, and only a three hour window for check in I was not able to find or check into the property. Because of this I had to secure another location to stay at for a much higher cost. I am still trying to secure repayment for the cost of the room that I had paid for. "

"Excellent stay and due to noisy guests in a room above me on a previous stay was upgraded as a gesture of goodwill which was a very nice gesture and appreciated by myself. A very comfortable room and the breakfast is great! Good facilities will certainly stay at the Marco Polo hotel again!"
