Clean room with clean floors! The bathroom was spotless. It’s a 60’s era motel updated with a modern shower, sink and toilet. The room has a varnished wood lath ceiling — very safe place to stay, close to universities and FL Memorial Hospital. Courteous and friendly management.

Very helpful and kind at check-in . Clean room with very clean, rugless floor , comfie bed , refrigerator , microwave , hairdryer. We went in a very cold spell and the room heater worked very well and our room was toasty. Coffee maker in room , but I preferred the brewed coffee at 7 am in lobby with powdered creamer . Easy parking motel- style by your hotel room door . Clean towels . Restaurants close by including a delicious Indian restaurant and Italian and Mexican that we did not try. Plus a food Co-op ( non-members welcome to shop for prepared foods ). Only note: take a short shower , the hot water runs out , and bring Kleenex if u like them . Excellent value if u get a good price .

The parking entrance/exits are so steep one can rip the under carriage of their car out if they aren't careful and going 5MPH inching forward on an angle. It was $280 for one night, the towels are pathetically thin, the floor in the bathroom was dirty, the ancient soda machine only takes coins, no breakfast, and the traffic noise is significant. On Hotels.com, this hotel advertises pricing at $50 per night. That is about what it's worth, but not what it was priced at 11/14/2025. Grossly overpriced for what it is, even with the reno and a fresh paint job. NEVER AGAIN.

It was ok for the one night stay. Customer service is not what they worried about here. I'll just leave that there but the room was VERY out-dated. The bathroom was great! The bed and the single chair in the room from "1970" was weird. The chair didn't recline. Not being boogie but it looked and was old! I shouldn't have expected it to recline as the first one made! It had no cushion in the seat. I sat down and got up immediately as I thought I might fall through it. It had a cig burn on the left arm...why wouldnt that chair have been changed out? I took before and after pics as I always do. The metal "band" around/under the bed was new. You walk up like normal to put stuff on the bed and "bang"! Your toes are assaulted lol. Seriously! First hotel I've seen it. Quick layover- good. More than one night- no.

The place is clean but there was a couple next door doing god knows what until 2am music so loud and yet I could hear their noises over the music and they were crushing the bed against my bed wall. I placed a noise complaint but the hotel is not staffed overnight. I don’t think I’ll be staying here again. I definitively will ensure there’s 24h staff next place I stay at

Se vuoi provare l'esperienza di dormire in un tipico motel americano questo è il posto giusto! C'è tutto quello che un motel dovrebbe avere: parcheggio gratuito, stanze grandi con arredamento classico e un po' datato, letti comodi, moquette, finestre con vista parcheggio, prezzi bassi... Ma la nostra camera aveva anche una piacevole sorpresa: il bagno nuovissimo e con un'enorme doccia!
