"La chambre est grande et bien propre, les commodité sont très biens. La salle de gym manquait de ménage, il y avait de la saleté sur les appareils et sur la télé des traces graisseuses. Il n’y avait pas de serviette dans la salle de gym ni dans la piscine. Le hall d’entrée est très grand et accueillant, le personnel très gentil et prévenant."

"There is an issue with the lounge. During the 5-7 food was unavailable or barely available after 6:10 because most people had already gone by. There are supposed to be snacks and drinks available 24/7 at the lounge. There were no more water bottles, either still or sparkling no snacks at all on the Monday after the majority departed. We ordered water and the end of the evening after checking a few times. We had to call back a few times and wait over an hour for water. At the breakfast buffet, people were given Togo boxes and filling then from the buffet for no extra charge. And many with their hands with no supervision. The reception and lounge employee supervisor Mathilde L (I believe)was very helpful resolving our first night lack of food and wine at the lounge. The employees other than at the buffet on Monday the 13 October were all very kind and helpful ."

"Il y a eu beaucoup de bruits de par les autres hébergés qui riaient et parlait très fort sur l'étage, très tard jusqu'aux petites heures du matin. La chambre était quand même très propre. Par contre, on a manqué de serviettes qui devaient être demandées et la femme de chambre n'a pas remise de tasse se café. Sinon tout était parfait."
