They were always ready to help with a smile, making us feel welcomed and valued at every moment. Their warmth and professionalism did not go unnoticed. The entire place feels like a perfect summer beach escape, yet at the same time it feels like home. The facilities are beautifully maintained and you can tell there is pride in every detail. Even the gardener was always present, smiling, and clearly loving his job — that positive energy is contagious. I truly cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. It was an absolute pleasure staying there, and I highly, highly recommend it. If I had one small observation, it would be to include a little more Salvadoran music to enhance the local vibe — that would make the atmosphere even more perfect! "

"We stayed in a tree house with beach view, and it was fantastic. I could hear the birds while taking a rain shower, hear the ocean when I was sleeping, and it was amazing to wake up to the view. I loved the nature setting of this eco resort, the pool was fantastic, there was free yoga and breathwork/meditation. I loved the chicks, peacocks, and all the birds, and the restaurant was nice too. Staff was amazing. We will be back!"

The only issue we had was the cleaning room service, really aggressive in saving materials, towels, sheets, covers, and toilet paper. Given the minimum in every category i just mention. 2 towels, 1 toilet paper, and did not change the covers or the sheets."
