“We woke up one morning with the fire going, and we looked out on the lake as snow started to fall. I just don't understand why I have never heard anyone speak about this place. The staff were so lovely, the place is beautiful, and quiet. How grateful we are to have been guests there.”

“Room was clean and with good heating, enough clothe hangers and shelves to put bags and things on. Kitchen was basic but not enough cutlery to share with other guests. Would be good to have hand dryer or paper towels in the toilet/bathroom. Otherwise very convenient location for entry into the Lake Pedder/Gordon area and close to Mt Field National Park.”

“Excellent bed. The shower was functional but a little shabby.”

“Everything was clean and tidy, the host was lovely, and the house and grounds were stunning.”

“When we arrived at Blue Lake Lodge no one was there and the place was all locked up. Tried to phone the lodge but rang out to a full answering machine. So clearly something wrong with their booking system. ”
