"It's a lodge, so keep tpir expectations aligned with that. The room was clean, yhe beds comfy, & you have control ofnthe temp of your room. There is no microwave, but thereb s a mini fridge. The bathroom could use some seriois updating. The hot and cold water is reversed on the tub/shower. There is no sink counter. New headboards for the beds. Overall, it was fine."

"Three night stay. Easy access to canyon rim and food court. Biggest issue was very spotty internet. Internet was not dependable enough to make plans or explore options. Clean facility with very helpful staff."

"Location is good but the wood storm door outside the room door is a nuisance when you have a full hand and try to open the door. There's no night stands and nowhere to put my medical device. Not even a regular chair I can use. The staff at the check in desk was of minimal help. Nothing more than to just check you in. Keep saying have a good stay and wanted us to leave. So we didn't even know how to drive to find the room. Missed the entrance which is quite not obvious and had to circle back using Google map. But the scenery is out of the world!!"

"We were in room 52 of the motel accommodations. My husband caught 15 moths in our room!! Plus there were a couple dead ones on the floor. The ice machine was broken so they brought us an entire bag of ice. We went to the restaurant for dinner and it took quite a while to get our food. The best thing about it is proximity to North Rim of Grand Canyon."
