“Breakfast was too micromanaged”

“Everything was great with the exception of the floor which needed a wash.”

“I stayed here for my CIM audition and had a wonderful experience. The room design and cleanliness were excellent, and everything was perfect. The front desk staff were very kind and helpful.”

“The room is cleaned, organized and some home appliances such as a microwave, a washing machine, a dryer are equipped.”

Then she asked if we wanted a sofa bed which we said yes to because we didnt want to move the hotel we were too tired. And at the end they meant just the sofa, not a sofa bed to sleep on …....

“Great Hotel!!!!! Amazing!!”
