This is THE WORST property I’ve ever attempted to stay at. I attempted to check in to my room, and in the lobby there was a man complaining about how he’d been requesting a plunger for the toilet for HOURS and no one brought it, so he went downstairs to get it himself. The front desk staff told him she had to leave the front desk to find it and he had to continue waiting until she was able to leave the desk unattended. One person working overnight is NOT ok when you have hundreds of rooms that need to be attended to. After I was finally able to check in, I went upstairs to my room. Before inspecting, I used the restroom - during which I noticed the restroom did not look fully attended to. When I went to wash my hands - I noticed strands of hair around the sink area and in the soap dish. I then went to remove the back pillow from the bed, which I’m confused as to why they would even have those on a bed when they cannot be washed, and noticed MORE strands of hair on the bedspread. I was appalled at how this property thought it would be okay to rent a unit to another individual without thoroughly cleaning and checking the unit. I went downstairs to IMMEDIATELY check out and have been fighting for my money back ever since! They are trying to charge me for a FULL NIGHT STAY for using the restroom because they claim they could not RE-rent the room, when the room was NOT rentable to begin with and SHOULDNT have been rented in that condition.

For the price point it was an excellent stay. Check in was quick and easy. Plenty of parking. Easy access to the freeway and old town. The room was big. The couch was a little too soft and I sunk right in to it. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable I’ve ever had, but wasn’t the worst either. Overall I’d recommend this hotel.

For the price it can’t be beat. Bed was comfortable, bath/shower were sufficient. When we first entered the room it had a musky smell however and when we turned on the heater, it had the smell of dusty heat coming out.

These rooms were beautiful, and very clean. The coffee machine was stacked full of choices. We enjoyed the staff as well as the amenities. Would highly recommend them again. Will be returning to the same property next year.

I would call this property higher end budget. The rooms have upgrades, however, the mattress was not particularly comfortable. In addition, the front desk staff was not very friendly during check-in.

There were no full size towels when I checked into my room. Requested them in person at the front desk and was told they’d bring some. Waiting about 1.5 hours for them until I couldn’t wait anymore or else I’d be late to a rehearsal dinner. The next day I ended up having to call 3 separate times to get the towels or else I would have been late to the actual wedding. Took them about 2 hours to bring some. There were these short thick black hairs in the shower. I have dirty blonde hair so they weren’t mine. Ended up checking out a day early. Staff was alright. Didn’t ask about my stay or why I was leaving early. Went to a friends house in Huntington Beach instead. Kinda pricey for this type of place. Pool and jacuzzi closed, caution taped off. I prob won’t be coming back.

Front desk Christine was rude and wouldnt accommodate as much as i asked if i can CHECK in a bit early due to my up coming plans. I asked the hosuse keeper on my way out if any room was available to check-in she said there was a few rooms avaiable. This was my 3rd time staying here and always had a great experience. Never had a issue. They've accomodate a bit early check-in 1 time. Christine was a LIAR AND REALLY rude!! SHE JUST WOULDN'T HELP!!!! I hate tonsay but i wount stay there if that rude lady still works there.
