“Location amazing. Lovely staff all round. Room spacious and spotless. Bed to die for, could have stayed for a week.”

“No lift to suites. (3 floors) honestly I was disappointed for the money spend. Chips off the sink in the Hellaby suite and lots of small things missing.”

“Bathroom door wouldn’t unlock from the inside when locked. Staff overworked and busy so fixed myself. Breakfast ran out of several items eg bacon, hot chocolate, tea cups. “Loved everything, nothing I would change”

“Well located if you need to be near the university, and a decent price for a location with parking and breakfast included.”

“Used as an overnight stop on our way south, location is good, a few minutes from the M1, Reception staff were very good, bed was very comfortable, only down side was the shower was in need of a deep clean, dirty grouting and rust stains. Breakfast was serve yourself, plenty full but not very hot.”

“Hotel was ok, on site pub was poor”
