“We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, and it's no wonder it's considered one of the best on the island. The attention to detail was stunning, from the spacious rooms with comfy beds and balconies overlooking the pool, gardens, or Mount Teide, to their amazing jellyfish tank and collection of colourful parrots. The breakfast buffet was extensive, and while dinner offered a delicious a la carte menu with generous portions, vegans/vegetarians might find the options a bit limited after a few days....

“We had a super week at the Jardines de Nivaria. Rooms were nice and spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast was excellent as were the dining options. Local dining options away from the hotel are not great - we walked to Caleta most evenings for better dining there. Pool area was very nice and quiet. Overall a very nice and relaxing stay.”

“사실 큰 기대를 하지 않았던 곳인데 편안하고 친절했다. 룸 컨디션 뿐만 아니라 호텔 전반적으로 관리가 잘 되어있는 느낌이었다. 다만 한가지 아쉬운점은 숙박을 해도 주차비를 받는다는 점과 차에서 로비까지 짐을 들고 계단을 올라야 한다는 점은 너무너무 불편했다. 계단 외에 엘리베이터 또는 경사로 조차 없었다. 그 점은 주차장에서도 마찬가지였다. 주차문제에도 불구하고 호텔이 의외로 예쁘고 친절해서 만족스러웠다.”

“I booked with breakfast & dinner package for christmas. When I book this hotel, there was no notice about Gala dinner on that day. But when I check in, they said I did not include Gala dinner, and there was no normal dinner on that day. If I could not have dinner there, I would not stay this hotel because there were many hotel with better condition than this hotel with the same budget without dinner package.”

“Flott leilighetshotell med nyoppussede leiligheter med god standard. Stor, fin Balkong med fin utsikt til havet. Hadde sett frem til enkel adkomst til stranda ved siden av hotellet, men tilkomsten var avstengt og man måtte ut av hotellet og gå en lang omvei for å komme dit. ”
