โThe staff made the stay perfect. Everyone was friendly and very helpful. Would love to stay here again. The pool was perfect and the DJ at the pool was a lot of fun. The live music was great!!! Also loved just relaxing at roof top lounge. So many things in the hotel, something for everyone. โ
โWe were close enough to walk to almost everything. Used the trolley to see more. Used Lyft for airport and to Opry. Great hotel location. We included breakfasts for our stay and loved it. Susy made my omelets every morning. So good. โ
โIn general, it was nice place to stay.
There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
