โThis is not only the best hotel in Nashville it is one of the very finest in anywhere. The hotel is beautiful but is is actually the staff that make it standout. The bellman and valet were particularly great. The front desk was awesome. Overall just a terrific stay. Even the general manager stopped by during cocktails to check in on our visit. Very first class experience.โ
โThe location is excellent. Everything is walkable distance, very friendly staff; clean rooms, coffee, machines, and sparkle water on every floor, a lot of places where you can quietly or not sit outside of your room. Wonderful rooftop bar. highly recommend this hotel.โ
โThe Russell was beautiful, clean, they had complimentary snacks and water, I appreciated the Dyson hairdryer (fabulous for thick hair). The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here. Nice historic neighborhood, quiet. โ
โIn general, it was nice place to stay.
There is no lobby-thing at all. There were one or two staff for the check-in and -out. Very small space of lobby for visitors.
There is two vending machine in the lobby for snacks and drinks. BUT, it is NOT managed by hotel AT ALL.
The machine was broken and did not pay back my money ($10) but staff said "call the customer service on the vending machine. It is not managed by us".
No help, No support and care, No interest.โ
โThe Joseph is an excellent hotel. We loved hanging out at the pool, the staff were very attentive, they always had a smile, enthusiasm and even though it was extremely hot nothing was too much trouble for them. We ate dinner at Yolan the hotelโs restaurant and the steak was the best I have ever tasted. Every morning we would get pastries and eat them in our room with coffee. Oh man I miss those pastries were so yummy. It was the highlight of my morning. โ
