"This property was centrally located to many attractiions and easy to find an uber. The view from the bay side was beautiful and enjoyed sitting on the balcony. I interacted with the staff to correct an issue and the staff was very understanding and willing to help. I would stay at this property again. "

"Super welcoming staff, fast elevators and in a great location, within easy walking distance to Little Italy and San Diego downtown, the harbour and transportation. But be sure to ask for a room that doesn’t face the highway like ours did. It was super noisy. "

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and had a great view from the balcony. We came to go to the baseball game. It was only a few blocks away which made it super convenient. "

"The location is wonderful if your goal is to walk around little Italy. It is close to the zoo which is less than 2 miles away. The hotel itself is old and our room showed it. Although it was clean there were lots of problems. The outlet in the bathroom was so loose it didn’t work. The patio door to the balcony didn’t shut all the way so traffic was very loud. Overall it was comfortable for the price but definitely needs some renovations "
