The room attendant was very friendly and great location, however, hotel was extremely negligent by painting the parking lot ramp which sits right above hotel with some sort of thinner chemical in the middle of the night while all of it’s guest rested peacefully. We were woken up by the pungent and toxic smell, needless to say, we all flew back home with headaches.

Great place to stay. Always stay here when in Tepic. Clean rooms and bathroom. The staff is fabulous. Highly recommend this place. Within walking distance to restaurants museums and Mercado.

Good hotel for the location. Attentive staff. Not much around to see or visit, and the street below got noisy at night with music and a bunch of barking dogs. Restaurant was ok.

Love the place, clean, comfortable, quiet. View of our room not the best compared room facing ng the town square. Lots to see within walking distance. Good food. Only suggestion is coffee in the room gor early risers/travelers.

The hotel is located in the center of the city, has a spectacular view and is close to shops and restaurants, I did not like the service of its staff, they do not show interest in their guests. I was waiting more than five minutes to check in, they just passed by and ignored me. Overall hotel was clean .
