Visita a Albarracin
La habitación estaba con mucho polvo. Las toallas estaban sucias. La Televisión no encendía. No había aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador. Moscas por la habitación que hacían la estancia incómoda. La calidad-precio del hotel me parece exagerada, muy caro para un hotel de semejantes características. No volvería a pagar 100€ por noche ni aunque me regalasen 1 cada 2 noches. El personal de recepción fue muy educado y respetuoso. Lo único bueno del Hotel es el personal de recepción. Desagradable la estancia para ser sincero.

Location is fantastic! We had a balcony with a river view and it was amazing to wake up to in the morning and really made the stay. Property is located in a great spot and staff were great. Room had everything that a person could want, but the mattresses could be replaced. Overall I would recommend!

Great location, decent hotel
The location is great, and we had amazing views from our hotel window. The hotel is dated our room for 4 was 4 single beds, that were not the most comfortable. The breakfast was nice, and the staff was very friendly. Nice no frills stay in a pretty amazing town to visit!

Well located hotel with great views!
This hotel is situated just at the entrance to the historic core, narrow cobblestone streets. It has drop-off parking on the access street leading up, then 4€/day parking back down the hill near the Tourist Information office. We enjoyed a corner view room of the walls and cathedral. This hotel chain caters to tour groups, which is fine. However, the non-tour group guests (like us) almost got no breakfast due to some front desk staffer misinforming the kitchen staff. We arrived at 9:15AM (as scheduled) to empty food bins and one waitress not expecting more guests. Gears changed and food arrived, but it was a rocky start to our day and an unfortunate mix-up. Check-out billing was mixed-up too as to whether paid already, or not? My guess is staff may have been new and inexperienced. Otherwise, this is a lovely central hotel to stay!

El trato del persona fue magnífico. No tanto cómo la limpieza de la habitación qué estaba muy sucia. Polvo acumulado y retestinado en interruptores, puertas y ventanas. El colchón de muelles una tortura. NO MERECE LA PENA PAGAR POR ESTO.

Decadencia, dejadez y falta de higiene. PESIMO
Horrible. En una situación como la qeu estamos viviendo del COVID, hospedarse en un hotel como este, que te aseguran está "libre" y llegar y encontrarse mala limpieza, polvo sin limpiar en el mueble de la tv, moho en la bañera, el lavabo con suciedad de años, manchas en todas las paredes,.... imagínense que no nos atrevimos ya ni a desayunar ni a tocar nada más en el hotel. Si la limpieza que te aseguran está perfecta ante el virus, es así..... el resto... Una pesadilla. Más de 100 alojamientos sólo este año, y con este grade de decadencia ninguno. Además no tiene aire acondicionado. Sí, ya sé que es Albarracín, pero un hotel con 3 *** sin aire, con desconchones, tejar rotas,.... Ha caído, no sé si por desánimo o por dejadez, pero le sobre 1 estrella mínimo y no es nada saludable.

Good location with friendly staff

Hotel Albarracin zegt op hun website dat ze wifi leveren, maar dat is niet waar. Ze hebben een systeem dat niet werkt op iPhone en iPad en als je een kamer boekt met het idee dat je met deze apparatuur gebruikt kunt maken van wifi dan kom je bedrogen uit. Als je daar een vraag over stelt bij de receptie dan wordt je probleem weggewuifd. Het werkt toch wel op android. Maar daar had ik even niets aan met mij i-pad en 1 phone. Waardeloos !

バス停近く、バスタブ最高
バス停から階段を上って左に進むとすぐ。眺めの良いバルコニー、バスタブ、水、チョコレート付きでとても快適だった。チェックインの際Wi-Fiのパスワードを言われなかったので部屋にあると思ったがなく、フロントに聞きに行った。鍵がやたらと重い。10分くらい歩くと自販機や小さなスーパーもある。バスが1日1本なので仕方なく泊まったが、とても良かった。

Un hotel de unas 40 habitaciones, pasillos ruidosos, necesita una reforma urgente. Al entrar percibes un olor un tanto raro, como mal ventilado. No sé si era porque había una excursión de personas mayores pero hacía mucho calor, tanto en zonas comunes como en la habitación. La segunda noche pedimos que nos cortasen en la calefacción de la habitación. Lo positivo del hotel, la situación, en pleno casco antiguo. Elpueblo, una maravilla

HABITACIÓN Y BAÑO PEQUEÑOS, INCÓMODOS Y CON MALOS
Aunque los servicios comunes están bien (cafetería, restaurante, etc.), la habitación que nos asignaron (la 432) era pequeña e incómoda, incluidos los colchones, que nos resultaron muy duros. Además, la habitación está en la 4ª planta, pero el ascensor solo llega hasta la 3ª, por lo que tuvimos que subir y bajar la maleta a mano. Las ventanas son de madera, adaptadas al entorno, pero en muy mal estado, pues la madera se deshacía. Lo peor el baño, también muy pequeño y con malos olores, debido a que en el suelo, en el centro, hay un desagüe con una rejilla (nunca lo había visto en un hotel) por el que salían malos olores. El sanitario tenía enfrente y muy pegado a él el bidé, por lo que apenas había espacio para las piernas, pero es que además, ambos elementos están delante de la bañera, que tiene la mampara sellada, lo que hace casi imposible entrar y salir de la bañera. y en cuanto a la amabilidad del personal, hay diversidad, pues dependiendo de quiénes estuvieran había más o menos amabilidad y simpatía. No sé si todas las habitaciones son como la 432 que nos asignaron o el problema es solo de ésta y nos asignaron la peor habitación por el simple hecho de que la reserva procedía de un bono-regalo de Hoteles.com, algo que, aun así, considero inadmisible.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado en un entorno perfecto y el servicio es atento, pero necesita renovación en algunos aspectos, sobre todo el baño de la habitación necesitaba una reforma de grifería. The hotel is in a good location but we should have been told about the lack of parking before getting to it! Hotel had no air con which would have been ok except it was exceptionally hot and therefore was uncomfortable. Lovely town but definitely more advice should have been offered on where to park, eat and walk to.
