"Worst room conditions. Stayed in two different rooms here, but in both, the lights were malfunctioning and wouldn't turn on, with more issues in the second room. The sink was clogged, the shower leaked, and there was no warm water. Towels were dirty, and the bathroom had a bad odor. Some front desk staff were very unfriendly, ruining the entire travel experience. No advantages except for being near the airport. Even worse, the airport shuttle has time restrictions. Typically, people staying near the airport arrive very late or leave very early, making the airport shuttle unusable in such cases, rendering it useless."

"Terrible experience
As per hotel reservation breakfast was included.
However, hotel charged me breakfast amount from my deposit card without sending me single receipt.
I complained about it through mail but the hotel never responded.
It is definitely the worst hotel experience ever"
