“We had a lovely stay: very comfortable beds, clean room, and pleasant staff. I particularly appreciated the ample closet and plenty of complimentary coffee pods for the Keurig. It was also wonderful to have a restaurant in-house (Jae's has amazing food!). One suggestion would be a non-slip mat for the shower: it was so new and so clean that it was a little slippery. ”

“Very friendly and accommodating staff. Room was clean, which is very important to us. Breakfast in the morning was great. Nice variety of items and nice and fresh. It saved us money and the hassles of finding a breakfast restaurant. We are very pleased with our stay. ”

“I do not understand why they did not welcome wine. I have checked in two times,but they didn't offer any. Also the cushion pillow is smelling. I am two nights, but they did not clean the room, so I asked to change the room.”

“Everything great but breakfast needs an overhaul. Fresh fruit get rid of the sugar cereals. Eggs maybe? ”

“This is our second time staying here. We love the property, the suites work for us as there is a bedroom which is separate from the living space. There are plenty of things to do on the property and in the surrounding area. Mt. Greylock, antiquing, great breakfast spots! The Country Store on the property has great sandwiches and things needed for your stay.”
